Eligibility

Refund requests apply to paid MotionStack plans and are subject to the conditions below.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible.

Usage threshold

Refunds are not available once a significant portion of the purchased plan has been used.

If your account has consumed more than 25% of the included plan usage, such as API calls, credits, or other measurable usage limits, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or approved under this policy.

Fair use and abuse prevention

This policy is intended for legitimate billing issues, not repeated short-term access.

Accounts that show patterns of abuse, including repeated refund requests, creation of multiple accounts to bypass limits, or attempts to obtain unpaid access, may be denied refunds.

MotionStack reserves the right to limit or remove refund eligibility for accounts with a history of abuse.

EU and similar jurisdictions

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, such as the European Union, you acknowledge that access to the service begins immediately upon purchase.

By using the service, you agree to waive any right to cancel once usage has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
